Apartment Las Glorias

Las Glorias is a central apartment located in one of the newest apartment complexes with a pool in Conil de la Frontera, a few meters from the beach. It is a very nice and quiet apartment, which also has a large underground parking space in the same building with an elevator.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a 160 cm double bed and a bathroom en suite, the other with two 90 cm single beds and a third located under one of the beds in case it is necessary). The two modern bathrooms have a shower tray. The bedrooms and the dining room have heating and air conditioning if necessary, although the temperature of the apartment is generally pleasant throughout the year. The kitchen, open and connected to the living-dining room, is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment has a private garden with a 30 m2 porch overlooking the community pool. From the garden you can access directly, with a few steps and in a very comfortable way, to the beautiful garden area where the community pool is located. The private garden has a large table and chairs, so you can fully enjoy and relax during your stay.

Las Glorias also has a good free internet connection, which will allow you to work remotely without any problem. If you wish, you could be provided with a work desk and an office chair to make telecommuting more efficient and comfortable.

The apartment is also adapted for families with babies, since we have a travel cot, high chair and bathtub so that your stay with your baby is as easy as possible.
