We are Anna and Luis – in love with Conil and its beautiful sandy beaches.
I´m Anna...
and am an absolute family person. I love it when the family gets together, we cook, celebrate and laugh together.
I was born and raised in Berlin. My studies to become a translator brought me to the romantic little town of Heidelberg – our adopted home today on the river between the mountains, opposite the castle. I love the decelerated life here and nobody will make me move to Berlin anytime soon.
Friends and family say I am organized and good at planning. I’ve found that I get more out of my time when I’m well organized. That probably also fits my career choice: I work as a project assistant for a software company.
Since I’m an absolute frostbite, I’m always plagued by wanderlust in the cold winter months in Germany. But I don’t necessarily get the travel fever to explore new places in the world, I always look forward to Spain and especially Conil, where we have friends and family.

Anna would say I’m the adventurer of the two of us, which is because I love a wide variety of sports, starting with wave surfing and beach volleyball, followed by mountain biking, snowboarding…
In my family I was called «Willy Fog» because my work as a project engineer in the construction industry has brought me around the world a lot in the last 10 years. It‘s incredibly enriching to get to know other cultures and places. It was a wonderful life experience that I wouldn’t want to miss. Now I’m a father and I’m happy about my now routine workday with few trips.
But I’m regularly drawn to Spain. I come from Seville and of course I already miss my family and childhood friends, the Andalusian warmth, the delicious food, the warm temperatures and especially the sea and the waves.
My goal in life is to be able to work more remotely and thus have the opportunity to work not only in my adopted home of Heidelberg, but also from Conil.
We met as teenagers over 20 years ago…
in Conil and since 2005 we are one heart and one soul. It started as a holiday fling that nobody thought would last that long. After 6 years of long-distance relationship between Germany and Spain, we were finally able to move in together in Heidelberg.
We found our second half. In 2016 we said yes to each other barefoot on the beach near Conil and the birth of our daughter Lea in 2020 and the twins Maya & Sofia in 2022 made happiness perfect.
