Apartment La Charca

La Charca is a central apartment located in the Los Bateles area, in the newest housing complex on the second line of the beach in Conil de la Frontera. It‘s a very bright and quiet apartment, which also has an underground parking space in the same building.

The house has a spacious living-dining room, two bedrooms (one with a 150 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds), a modern bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms and the dining room have heating and air conditioning if necessary, although the temperature of the apartment is generally pleasant throughout the year.

The open kitchen connected to the living-dining room is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and washing machine. The terrace has an area of ​​about 25 m2 with a large table, chairs and sun loungers that will allow you to relax and enjoy unique views of the Atlantic coast.

La Charca also has a good free internet connection, which will allow you to work remotely without any problem. If you wish, you could be provided with a work desk and an office chair to make telecommuting more efficient and comfortable.

The apartment is also adapted for families with babies, since we have a travel cot, high chair and bathtub so that your stay with your baby is as easy as possible.
